The Knittsters

Jennifer, Marny, Amy and I got together for a stitch n' bitch last night. I taught Amy to knit her first scarf project, she was a natural though. I am still working on my socks that are taking forever and I also have a purse that I started last night.

Here is the backpack! I don't know if I can use it to hold my books even though it is nice and big but it will make a great knitting bag.

Tahoe Retreat

Last week I went with some great friends to a retreat in Tahoe. We had a really nice time and got to do a lot of knitting. I have been working on the never ending backpack. On our way up to Tahoe we found this great knitting store called The Wool Tree. On our way home we stopped and I had a sock knitting lesson there. Yes, I have decided to try and use those tiny needles and make some socks.
